Agri Biochem Pvt Ltd (Head Office: New Delhi, India; Chairman; Sat Narain Gupta and Executive Director; Rajender Prasad Gupta; hereafter “BRL”) hereby announces the execution of a Joint Venture Agreement with Nissan Chemical Corporation (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan; President and Chief Executive Officer; Kojiro Kinoshita, hereafter “NCC”) regarding establishment of joint venture company in India namely Nissan Bharat Rasayan Private Limited.
Nissan Chemical Corporation is a research based Company and is one of the largest manufacturers of agrochemicals in Japan having global operations. NCC is desirous of expanding its manufacturing base in India by entering into a joint venture with BRL.
Bharat Rasayan Limited is a leading manufacturer of technical grade pesticides, intermediates and bulk formulations in India and is desirous of forming a joint venture with NCC.
Since 2013, BRL is working with NCC and Nissan Chemical Corporation has developed good relationship of mutual trust with Bharat Rasayan Limited and thus Nissan Chemical Corporation entered into JV with Bharat Rasayan Limited
NCC and BRL have entered into a JV and will jointly undertake the manufacturing business through the JV Company.
The JV Company i.e. Nissan Bharat Rasayan Private Limited will have a new manufacturing plant at Saykha Industrial Estate.
At the above mentioned plant of JV Company they would manufacture New Molecules.
